Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with a little tap water (approx. 2 to 3 tablespoons) with a whisk and make a little more liquid. Now add all the other ingredients and season with a little salt and, if necessary, coarse pepper from the mill. Cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour until you are ready to eat it.
  2. Best served with white bread for grilling, fish or fondue.
