Ingredients
- 250 mg mayonnaise (delicacy mayonnaise)
- 3 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- 4 teaspoons chili sauce
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- salt
- Pepper, coarsely ground from the mill
- 3 tablespoons water

- Mix the mayonnaise with a little tap water (approx. 2 to 3 tablespoons) with a whisk and make a little more liquid. Now add all the other ingredients and season with a little salt and, if necessary, coarse pepper from the mill. Cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour until you are ready to eat it.
- Best served with white bread for grilling, fish or fondue.
