- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 25 g wild arlic
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Wash the wild garlic, remove the stems and chop the leaves with scissors. You can also take more or less wild garlic, this is of course a matter of taste.
- First put the sunflower oil, then the egg, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and wild garlic in a tall mixing vessel. The hand blender must be placed on the bottom of the vessel, only then should it be switched on.
- Let the hand blender run on the floor for a moment until you can see that a creamy mayonnaise is formed. Then slowly pull up the stick and finish pureeing until you have a nice mayonnaise and all the wild garlic leaves are small.
- This delicious mayonnaise is ready.
- It goes particularly well with grilled food, but also with French fries. It can be the highlight on a burger and the mayonnaise is unbeatable on fresh bread.
