Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water and add to the flour. Add the oil and salt and knead everything with a mixer for about 10 minutes until a smooth mass is formed. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and cover and let rise for about 40 minutes.
Then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, press it down a little and cover it for another 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the garlic butter. To do this, stir together the butter, the finely chopped or pressed garlic, chives and salt and pepper.
Now cut into the dough several times with a knife and then brush with the garlic butter. Cut the mozzarella ball into strips and fill the incisions.
Bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 220 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes
