Ingredients
- 360 g flour
- 220 ml water, lukewarm
- 0.5 ½ cube fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 35 g butter, soft
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 handful chives
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water and add to the flour. Add the oil and salt and knead everything with a mixer for about 10 minutes until a smooth mass is formed. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and cover and let rise for about 40 minutes.
- Then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, press it down a little and cover it for another 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the garlic butter. To do this, stir together the butter, the finely chopped or pressed garlic, chives and salt and pepper.
- Now cut into the dough several times with a knife and then brush with the garlic butter. Cut the mozzarella ball into strips and fill the incisions.
- Bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 220 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes
