Ingredients
- 1 baguette (s) or ciabatta to finish baking
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 1 bunch basil
- some herb butter
- 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through

- Cut the baguette into slices, brush with the herb butter and put some garlic on each slice. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices (an egg cutter works well with mozzarella). For each slice of bread, pluck a leaf of basil from the bunch.
- Place one or two (depending on size) tomato slices, a basil leaf and two slices of mozzarella on each slice of bread.
- Place the bread on the grill (on the edge) or under the grill until the cheese begins to melt slightly.
