- 1 spring onion (s)
- 125 g buffalo mozzarella
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ baguette (s)
- leaves basil
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon crema di balsamico (hazelnut crema)
- Sea salt and pepper

- Chop tomatoes, spring onions and buffalo mozzarella and mix together.
- For the dressing, stir together the oil, crema di balsamic vinegar, pepper and sea salt and spread over the salad.
- Peel the garlic clove and press it down a little with the palm of your hand, it does not come with the salad, it is only for the flavor of the baguette. Heat the clove of garlic together with about 2 tablespoons in the pan, tear the baguette into small pieces and fry in the pan until crispy and spread on the salad. Finally, pluck the basil leaves and fold them into the salad.
