Garlic Bread

How to make garlic bread? Garlic bread is served with many dishes and can be prepared using different types of bread. For example, a baguette that is baked with garlic oil.

Ingredients

  • French baguette – 1 piece
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Greens – 50 g
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to make garlic bread:

Directions

  1. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. In a blender, combine the slightly melted butter, chopped garlic (if there is no blender, then crushed), and the herbs, finely chopped. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the butter over the baguette halves.
  4. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a baking sheet with bread in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the top, is browned.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the garlic bread for another 10 minutes.
