Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 cube yeast (or /2 P. dry yeast)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 375 ml water, lukewarm
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 ½ pack herbs (8 - herb mix, frozen)
- 100 g butter
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt

- Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften at room temperature during the preparation time.
- Prepare a medium-firm yeast dough as usual, cover and let rise until its volume has doubled. Knead well again, roll out on a greased baking sheet (tray size).
- Cover with a towel and let rise for another 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, knead the softened butter with 1 / 2-1 teaspoon salt, 3-4 crushed garlic cloves and half a packet of frozen 8 herbs and spread on the dough.
- In the preheated oven to 250 ° C first 15 minutes, then switch down to 225 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool a little and serve cut into strips. Crispy side dish or starter.
