Ingredients

For covering:

100 ml sauce, (pizza sauce, ready-made product or homemade)
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Make a dough from flour, water, salt, olive oil and yeast and let rise for 30 minutes. Roll out thinly on a baking sheet.
Press the garlic, mix with the olive oil and spread on the dough.
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough and bake at the highest possible oven temperature until the dough is crispy. Tastes great with a fresh salad.
