Ingredients
- 2 cans yeast dough, (baked rolls)
- 1 bag / s mozzarella, grated
- 1 bag Emmentaler cheese, or other cheese, depending on your taste, grated
- 0.5 ½ glass olives, drained well
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- some herbs, oregano, basil, rosemary, to taste
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- some olive oil

- Quarter the dough pieces, halve the olives, core and dice the bell pepper, mix together with the cheese in a bowl. Add about 10 ml of olive oil, the garlic, salt, pepper and herbs to the mixture and mix well again.
- A e.g., Lightly oil the bundt cake tin, distribute the mixture in it and bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Make sure to do a sample.
- If you like, you can of course take more or less cheese, or vary the ingredients or add e.g., ham, salami, mushrooms etc.
- The pizza bread can also be prepared with pizza dough.
