Ingredients

  • 2 roll (s) pizza dough or 1 XXL roll pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 can pizza sauce or pizza tomatoes
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 4 stalk / s basil, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning, alternatively ⁄2 oregano and ⁄2 thyme
  • 150 g diced ham or thin salami slices, alternatively also veetables
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.., Mozzarella
  • fat or oil for the mold
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Chop the basil and the clove of garlic. Roll out the pizza dough, turn it 180 degrees - so that the paper is facing up - and then peel the paper off. Cut the dough into squares about three centimeters long.
  2. In a bowl, add the chopped garlic and basil and 1 teaspoon pizza spice to the pizza sauce. Then add the diced ham and the grated cheese and mix everything together briefly. Distribute the pizza dough pieces in three portions and stir in.
  3. Thoroughly grease a bowl cake or bundt cake pan and add the prepared mixture in layers. Press down a little on the individual layers.
  4. Smooth the top layer and also press it down a little and then bake the pizza bread at 200 ° C, fan oven 180 ° C, for 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Let the baked pizza sandwiches cool down for a few minutes, then place a plate on top, turn the pan 180 degrees and remove it from the pan.
  6. Garnish with some grated parmesan and a few basil leaves.
  7. A delicious pizza, but prepared in an original way - namely in the form of a plucked bread, also known as monkey bread. Guaranteed to be an eye-catcher for parties and brunch.
