Ingredients
- 10 g yeast, fresh
- 150 g wheat flour
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk, lukewarm
- 2 tablespoon raisins, marinated in rum
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Clarified butter
- powdered sugar

- Crumble the yeast and work it into a dough with the flour, milk and eggs. Mix in the rum raisins, salt and sugar and cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then stir the dough again and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Heat a little clarified butter in a pan and bake one after the other, not too thin, palm-sized pancakes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
