Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 25 g cocoa powder
For the filling:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g layered cheese or low-fat quark
- 0.5 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla flavor

- For the dough, stir the butter until foamy. Gradually stir in sugar, egg and flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Line the bottom of a springform pan with a little more than half of the dough, but do not form an edge!
- For the filling, stir the butter until frothy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar one after the other and stir everything until frothy. Then stir in the drained quark (I always use layered cheese) and finally stir in the vanilla pudding.
- Spread the mixture on the chocolate base, pluck the remaining dough onto the filling (should be nice, large chocolate stains).
- Bake at 175 ° top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 60 - 70 minutes.
