Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the butter until foamy. Gradually stir in sugar, egg and flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Line the bottom of a springform pan with a little more than half of the dough, but do not form an edge!
  2. For the filling, stir the butter until frothy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar one after the other and stir everything until frothy. Then stir in the drained quark (I always use layered cheese) and finally stir in the vanilla pudding.
