Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g suar
- 120 g mararine
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 40 g cocoa, darker
- little soy milk (soy drink) or oat milk
For the cream:
- 1 cup yogurt (natural soy yogurt, 400 g)
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 70 grams sugar
- some lemon juice
