  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 25 g mararine
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, salt and margarine to the boil. Remove from the stove.
  2. Add the flour and stir with a dough hook until the dough comes off the pan like a dumpling. Mix the eggs and nutmeg into the hot mixture.
  3. Form dumplings with 2 tablespoons and cook in salted boiling water or directly in the soup. When they start swimming at the top, take them out.
  4. I always make a carrot soup and let it steep in it. That`s what my grandma always did.
