- Bring the milk, salt and margarine to the boil. Remove from the stove.
- Add the flour and stir with a dough hook until the dough comes off the pan like a dumpling. Mix the eggs and nutmeg into the hot mixture.
- Form dumplings with 2 tablespoons and cook in salted boiling water or directly in the soup. When they start swimming at the top, take them out.
- I always make a carrot soup and let it steep in it. That`s what my grandma always did.
