Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and work it into a dough with the flour, milk and eggs. Mix in the rum raisins, salt and sugar and cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then stir the dough again and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a little clarified butter in a pan and bake one after the other, not too thin, palm-sized pancakes.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
