Pizza in Bread

Making pizza from bread is very simple and quick according to this recipe. All you need is bread or a loaf, your favorite filling ingredients, and a little patience to wait for the pizza to cook.

We prepare products for pizza in bread.
Any white bread will do, you can use yesterday’s bread. The size of my bread is 20×10 cm.
Cut the bread or loaf in half lengthwise, remove the crumb from both halves. We won’t need a crumb.
Lubricate the inside of each half of the bread with ketchup.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
We spread slices of cheese in each half of the bread.
It is better to take the pizza sausage already cut into thin slices. We layout the sausage in any order.
Wash cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or slices.
Cut the olives into rings.
Put tomatoes and olives on the bread.
Rub the hard cheese on a medium grater.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza in bread.
We spread both halves of the pizza in bread on a baking sheet and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the finished pizza in bread in portions and serve hot.
