Ingredients

  • 500 g white flour
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, or other oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ garlic salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • possibly pizza seasoning, with stick bread

Instructions

  1. Put warm water in a container and crumble the yeast into it. Stir until the yeast has dissolved.
  2. Put the flour, olive oil, salt, garlic salt, sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the dissolved yeast and knead with the hand mixer until the dough is nice and smooth.
  4. Put the dough in a warm place for half an hour until it has risen to at least twice its size. Then knead again by hand.
  5. Makes 2 trays of pizza or 8 servings of stick bread.
  6. You can leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight or freeze it.
  7. I`ve tried many pastry recipes here but always had issues with the quantities. The dough was either too dry or too sticky. As he is here, there is nothing to add.
