Non-Yeast Dough for Pizza with Milk

I offer an alternative to the usual yeast pizza dough – yeast-free dough with milk. Pizza with such a dough always turns out very tasty, no matter what filling you put.

Cook: 50 mins

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients

  • Milk – 250 Milliliters
  • Flour – 4 Glasses
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork. You can not do a completely homogeneous mass, it will be enough to break the yolks and slightly mix them with the whites.
  3. Heat the milk, add to the eggs, add sunflower oil and salt. Stir well.
  4. Gradually add flour and knead soft dough.
  5. The finished dough will not stick to your hands and at the same time will be very soft and elastic.
  6. Roll out the dough to the size of the mold and place in it, having previously greased with sunflower oil.
  7. Brush with ketchup or tomato sauce on top, lay out the filling you want. I used canned corn, ham, and fried mushrooms. Bake the pizza in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking.
  8. Leave the finished pizza to rest for a few minutes – and serve. It is very convenient to cut pizza with a special knife.
