Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 190 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. Make a well and crumble the yeast into it. Mix with 7 tablespoons of water. Sprinkle some flour over it. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes until cracks appear on the surface.
  2. Work the yeast, the rest of the water and possibly olive oil with the flour into a dough. Continue kneading vigorously for about 10 minutes until the dough is elastic and no longer sticks. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 20-30 minutes until the volume has doubled.
  3. Process according to your own wishes. Bake the finished pizza at 190 ° C for about 30 minutes.
