Italian thin Pizza Dough

Pizza has long been included in our regular diet. This amazing dish conquered the world long ago, and almost every country began to cook it in its own way. And almost every housewife tried to bake it.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 500 Grams
  • Live yeast – 25 Grams
  • Olive Oil – 20 Grams
  • Sugar – 5 Grams
  • Salt – 5 Grams
  • Warm water – 250 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Pour water into a container and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Add salt, sugar, olive oil. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Sift flour into our composition through a sieve and start kneading the dough. This will take about 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Wrap each in a plastic bag and leave in a warm place for half an hour.
  5. Real Italian dough should not be rolled out with a rolling pin. After this time, you need to knead it and stretch it with your hands in shape. Happy cooking!
