Pizza Base – Thin and Crispy
Pizza Base – Thin and Crispy

Instructions

  1. The dough is best in the food processor with the dough hook. Put the flour in the bowl. Form a hollow. Crumble in the yeast. Add the lukewarm water. Mix the yeast with a fork so that a little flour is also mixed in. Add the pinch of salt and the oil. Now knead everything together well with the dough hook (approx. 8 min). Do not let the dough rise, but process it immediately. Halve and roll out thinly, it is enough to make two sheets of pizza. Then top it as you like. Bake the pizza in a well preheated oven at 280 degrees until the cheese melts and turns slightly brown.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
