Light Crispy Pizza

You can also make a classic pizza at home, all you need to do is prepare the dough and delicious tomato sauce! The filling for such a pizza can be very diverse, it all depends on your taste!

Ingredients
- Flour – 180-200 Grams
- Yeast – 1 Teaspoon
- Warm water – 125 Milliliters
- Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Tomatoes in their own juice – 2-3 Pieces
- Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
- Dried Herbs – To taste
- Salt – To taste
- Sugar – To taste
- Pepper – To taste
- Mozzarella – 50 Grams
- Champignons – 2-3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes – 4-5 Pieces
- Olives – 6-8 Pieces
Directions
- Make the dough: dilute the yeast with sugar in warm water and leave for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and olive oil to the sifted flour. Add yeast and warm water in small portions.
- Knead an elastic dough so that there are no lumps and the dough is completely out of your hands. Then place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in a warm place for 0.5-1 hour.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the tomatoes with the crushed garlic and place on the stove to warm up with vegetable oil. Add herbs to taste, salt and sugar. Grind the sauce with a blender. Evaporate the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer from the center to the edges, transfer it to a baking sheet and brush with sauce. Then add the chopped mushrooms, grated mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and olives.
- Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 minutes. When the bottom of the pizza turns golden, it’s ready.
