- 1 apple
- 15 g muesli (crunchy muesli)

- Put the cottage cheese in a cereal bowl. Peel the apple and cut into pieces, place in a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Stir half of it into the cottage cheese, put the other half on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon as needed and spread the granola over the top.
