  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 400 g wheat flour type 550
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking malt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients with the food processor on the low level for 5 minutes and on the highest level for 3 minutes. After this time, the dough can be removed from the bowl and is smooth and loose.
  2. Cover the bowl with cling film and double-rise in a warm place (this takes about 45 minutes). Now process as usual.
