Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 200 g wheat flour (whole rain)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • Herbal sea salt, coarse
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 500 g tomato (s), chunky
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 150 g cheese, rated, e.. Gouda, Emmentaler or mixed

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, oil, sea salt, oregano, crumbled yeast and lukewarm water, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 35-40 minutes.
