  • 180 g whole wheat flour
  • 180 g rye flour
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast with the water and sugar, then add the oil. Put the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
