  • 500 g wheat, finely round
  • 300 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 20 g yeast
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 piece (s) egg (s)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, stir in honey, egg and salt. Mix in the flour, work in the butter. Possibly add some liquid / flour and knead well (approx. 10 minutes). Cover and leave until the volume has doubled.
  2. Knead again briefly and process the dough further as desired.
  3. Brush the dough pieces with water and leave to rise covered.
  4. Bake the dough pieces in an oven preheated to 180 ° for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 ° and continue to bake until they have taken on the desired color.
