Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour (whole rain)
  • 200 g rye flour, type 1150
  • 420 ml water
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • Allspice, ground
  • Fennel seeds, ground
  • Coriander powder
  • Caraway seed
  • sesame
  • linseed
  • Poppy
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the flour together in a bowl. Add the yeast, salt and water and knead into a dough with the food processor for approx. 8 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. If the dough is too firm afterwards, simply help with a little water.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.
  3. After rising, form 15 rolls and place on a baking sheet. Bake the souls for about 15 minutes at 250 ° C.
