Whole Wheat Buns Ingredients

  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Water – 200 ml + for wetting the dough
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Wheat flour “Ryazanochka” from whole-grain grain – 300 g
  • Baking wheat flour “Ryazanochka” of the highest grade – 150 g
  • Dry fast-acting yeast – 4 g (1 teaspoon)
  • Sugar – 25 g (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt – 10 g (1 teaspoon)
  • White sesame – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing the bowl

  1. Sift wheat flour “Ryazanochka” of the highest grade into a deep bowl. Sift wheat flour “Ryazanochka” from whole grain to the flour of the highest grade.

  3. Pour sugar into the milk with yeast and mix everything until smooth. Pour the diluted yeast into a bowl of flour. Pour warm water into a bowl of flour and yeast.
