Whole Wheat Muffins

I suggest making chocolate muffins with whole wheat flour and blueberries. Baking on such flour turns out to be light, airy and crumbly. Plus, it’s rich in fiber.

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

  • Whole grain wheat flour – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 1/4 Cup
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil – 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla Syrup – 2-3 Drops
  • Blueberries – 2/3 Cup
  • Oat Milk – 3/4 Cup

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. And in the other liquid.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixture, stir. Add the blueberries and mix gently again
  5. Spoon the dough into a muffin tin, 3/4 full each mold.
  6. Bake muffins 25 minutes until skewered dry.
