Ingredients

  • 125 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 125 g wholemeal rye flour
  • 400 g whole wheat flour
  • 650 g water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 150 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • some margarine
  • Fat for the shape
  • possibly oat flakes, grainy for the shape and for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Grease a 30 mm loaf pan and, if you want, sprinkle with a few oat flakes.
  2. Put all 3 types of flour, the oat flakes, salt and sugar in a bowl and stir. Add the apple cider vinegar. Mix the water with the yeast, add to the flour and knead everything well with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
  3. Put the dough in the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle a few more oat flakes over it if you like. Put the pan in the cold oven. Set the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the bread for 60 minutes.
  4. The bread can be taken directly from the loaf pan. Let cool on a wire rack.
