Ingredients
- 400 g spelled flour
- 200 g rye flour
- 220 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix the spelled and rye flour together in a bowl. Add the dried yeast and salt and a dash of olive oil. Equip the hand mixer with the dough hook and now work approx. 220 ml of lukewarm water into the flour mixture.
- If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour, or if it is too tough, add a little water. Then cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- After the resting time, shape the dough into a loaf of bread or place in a loaf pan. Cover and let rise for another hour until the dough has doubled in volume.
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Brush the bread with a little olive oil, put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool down. If the bread sounds hollow when you knock it, it`s done.
