Pancakes are Thin

Very thin, tender, and tasty pancakes without yeast. Prepare very quickly – 1 min.
Ingredients
- Milk (warm) – 0.5 l
- Potato starch (no slide) – 4 tbsp
- Wheat flour / Flour (with a slide, sifted) – 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg (if small, then +1) – 4 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Sugar (if sweet, I put 1 tablespoon) – to taste
- Vanillin – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients, add eggs and, gradually pouring in warm milk, knead the dough.
- Add the last oil, let the dough “rest” for about 20 minutes, and you can fry.
