Thin Pizza Base

I love pizza very much, but not all pizzerias cook it correctly. I like to experiment with fillings and dough (its thickness and taste). Here’s how to make a thin pizza base.

Cook: 30 mins

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • Water – 3/4 Cup
  • Granulated Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Yeast – 2 Teaspoons
  • Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. I heat the water, then add granulated sugar and yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes until foam forms.
  2. Sift 1 cup of wheat flour into a bowl, add salt and mix.
  3. Pour the liquid components into a bowl of flour, then mix.
  4. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
  5. It turns out here is such an elastic and soft pizza dough, I leave it for at least 5 minutes, and better for 30.
  6. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, roll each into a lump and flatten it into a cake (if for storage, then wrap it in foil and send it to the freezer).
  7. Using a rolling pin I roll out the dough very thinly, about 2-3 millimeters.
  8. I spread the sauce and filling on the dough, then bake it in a preheated oven and serve it hot.
  9. The pizza is thin and crispy.
