Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 60 ml water
  • 60 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough.
  2. Sprinkle the worktop with flour and then shape the dough into a roll. Cut these into approx. 5 parts and roll them out each time.
  3. Fry the rolled out dough pieces in enough oil in a pan. As soon as bubbles form, turn the cakes over.
  4. Keep the finished flatbreads warm in the oven at 50 ° C
