Thin Potato Pancakes (you Haven’t Tried this Before!)

I am sure you have not tried such pancakes yet and definitely have not cooked them. Well, well, it’s worth trying, because the pancakes are really delicious, tender and aromatic. You will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes – 200 Grams
  • Milk – 250 Milliliters
  • Flour – 100 Grams
  • Eggs – 2-3 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp (refined)
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. I boiled the potatoes in advance until tender, drained the water, leaving a little on the bottom, and mashed the potatoes with a crush. My mashed potatoes turned out to be slightly watery, just this is ideal for pancakes.
  2. Combine mashed potatoes with warm milk, eggs, garlic and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the sifted flour, whisk everything or stir vigorously with a fork. The dough should be as homogeneous as possible.
  4. At the end, you can add a little sunflower oil, then you don’t have to add it to the pan every time.
  5. Preheat the skillet well. For the first pancake, brush it a little with sunflower oil. Pour a small amount of dough, distribute it over the bottom of the pan. Grill over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Thin potato pancakes are ready.
