Put warm water in a container and crumble the yeast into it. Stir until the yeast has dissolved.
Put the flour, olive oil, salt, garlic salt, sugar in a bowl.
Add the dissolved yeast and knead with the hand mixer until the dough is nice and smooth.
Put the dough in a warm place for half an hour until it has risen to at least twice its size. Then knead again by hand.
Makes 2 trays of pizza or 8 servings of stick bread.
You can leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight or freeze it.
I`ve tried many pastry recipes here but always had issues with the quantities. The dough was either too dry or too sticky. As he is here, there is nothing to add.
