Ingredients
- 300 g flour (type 1050)
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- 100 g bacon, smoked, mixed
- 3 onion (s)
- pepper
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 200 g mountain cheese, rated
- 180 ml water, warm
- Grease for the tin
- Flour for the work surface

- Knead the flour, dried yeast, olive oil, salt with 180 ml of warm water to form a compact dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough on the floured work surface and line a greased baking sheet with the dough. Let rise for another 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C).
- Dice the bacon.
- Peel the onions, cut them into slices and heat them with a little oil in a pan. Now add the bacon cubes and sweat until translucent. Season well with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Then let it cool down and put on the pizza. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
