- 1 port. Pizza dough from the cooling shelf or homemade
- 1 cup sour cream (approx. 200 g)
- 5 slices raw ham
- 1 handful wild garlic
- 150 g pizza cheese, rated, 200 if you like
- salt and pepper

- Roll up the pizza dough on the baking sheet (some discounters already have it on baking paper). Put the sour cream on the dough and spread it to the edges with the knife. Salt and pepper. Cut wild garlic on it with scissors (depending on how much you can tolerate or like). Pluck the ham and spread it on the pizza as well. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C.
