Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500g flour
- 1 packet yeast, fresh
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
For covering:
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 hot peppers
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- salt
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 g cheese, rated
- Garlic sausage

- First the dough is prepared, for this put the flour in a bowl, make a well and crumble the fresh yeast in it. Add the oil, spread the salt on the side and prepare the dough with the water. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the peppers and hot peppers into long wedges. Mix the tomatoes with the oil, salt and spices.
- Line a round tray with baking paper, roll out the dough a bit larger than the shape and pour over it. Spread plenty of grated cheese on the sides, then fold the sides inwards and press shut. Spread the tomatoes over the dough and cover with plenty of cheese. Cut the garlic sausage into slices and spread on the pizza, now decorate with the paprika and hot peppers.
- Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
