Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 7 g yeast
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 10 g salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 can ½ tomato (s), chunky
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion (s)
- 0.5 can ½ tomato paste
- some ketchup
- some oregano
- Pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 150 g rocket
- 150 g cherry tomato (s)
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 100 g Parma ham

- Dough:
- Put the flour, the lukewarm water, the yeast, the olive oil and the salt in a bowl and knead well for at least 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
- Tomato sauce:
- Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Puree with the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and a little ketchup, oregano, salt and pepper with the blender and simmer a little in the pot.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet and brush with the tomato sauce. Then bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Then spread the sliced mozzarella on the pizza and bake for another ten minutes.
- Just before the pizza is ready, the ham, rocket, quartered cherry tomatoes and coarsely grated Parmesan are spread over the pizza. Possibly warm up the finished topping again very briefly in the oven.
- As a highlight, make a sauce from finely chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and oregano in a mortar and sprinkle with it on the pizza!
