Instructions

1. Mix the quark, salt, eggs and oil together. Sieve the flour and baking powder, mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer (or with the food processor). Knead into a smooth dough with both hands. Line two round shapes or a baking sheet with the dough. Prick the fork several times so that no bubbles form.
2. Cover as desired.
3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes
