Ingredients
- 200 g quark
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

- Mix the quark, salt, eggs and oil together. Sieve the flour and baking powder, mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer (or with the food processor). Knead into a smooth dough with both hands. Line two round shapes or a baking sheet with the dough. Prick the fork several times so that no bubbles form.
- Cover as desired.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes
- I recommend my pizzaiola sauce for this.
