Ingredients
- 1 packet pizza dough, done.
- 1 can tomato (pizza), spicy or hot
- 2 sachets mozzarella
- 1 sachet arugula
- 1 packet ham (Serrano-)
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Preheat the Bach oven to 200 degrees.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread on the pizza.
- Place in the oven on the middle rack. After about 12-15 minutes, spread the Serrano ham on the pizza and place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Mix the washed rocket with a little olive or garlic oil with a bag of salad dressing.
- Take the pizza out of the oven and cut into pieces of any size.
- Finally, place the rocket on top of the pizza slices.
