Homemade Pizza Rolls with Garlic Dip

Ingredients

For the dough:

500g flour
300 ml water, warm
5 g yeast, fresh
2 teaspoons salt

For the filling:

1 packet boiled ham or salami
1 packet grated Gouda cheese

For the dip:

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the salt to the flour. Slowly add the water mixture to the flour and mix with a mixer. Knead the dough for at least 10 - 20 minutes with a food processor or a hand mixer with a dough hook. Let rise in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Divide the dough into 3 portions. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly.
Cut the ham into small pieces and cover the long side of the dough on the edge. Sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Roll the dough and press firmly at the ends. Use a knife to divide the long pizza rolls either into small pizza rolls or into slightly larger pizza rolls.
Bake the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 260 ° C in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.
For the dip, put the salad cream, ketchup, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl. Press the garlic cloves into the cream over a grater or in a press and season with a little salt and oregano. Mix the ingredients together well and serve with the rolls.
