Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 egg (s), size M
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 180 g quark

For covering:

  • 0.5 can ½ pizza tomatoes, alternatively strained tomatoes
  • Pizza seasoning, alternatively oregano and thyme
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 50 g diced ham or salami
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • rocket

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, season with a little pepper and salt and then stir together thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough on it and spread it almost the size of the parchment paper - almost square.
  2. Now bake the dough at 170 degrees circulating air for 12-15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and spring onions and cut into thin slices or rings. Spread the pizza tomatoes on the baked dough sheet, sprinkle with more or less pizza seasoning depending on your taste, cover with the sliced mushrooms, spread the spring onion rings and diced ham on top and pour the rest of the grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Then cover the pizza plate with washed and dry-shaken rocket and roll up tightly. To keep the roll in better shape, briefly wrap it in aluminum foil and press it together.
  6. Cover a plate with rocket, cut the roll into pieces, place vertically on top and serve.
