Pizza Roll (Quick Pizza From Lavash)

The recipe for a delicious pizza in 10 minutes. Try the unusual pizza roll (lavash roll) stuffed with salami, cheese, tomatoes.

Ingredients
- Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
- Chicken breast (fillet) – 150 g
- Pork fillet (tenderloin) – 100 g
- Salami sausage – 90 g
- Tomatoes – 150 g
- Hard cheese (mozzarella) – 200 g
- Tomato sauce with pulp – 150 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Oregano – 2 g
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable oil – 20 g
Directions
- Prepare products for a pizza roll made of pita bread with chicken, pork, tomatoes and cheese.
- Marinate chicken breast and pork fillet in spices, salt.
- Send chicken and pork to fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
- In the meantime, make the sauce: mix tomato sauce with pulp in a blender bowl with garlic, oregano and salt. Kill everything with a blender.
- Cut the tomatoes into half rings.
- Chop the salami. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Cut the fried meat into pieces.
- Collect pizza roll from lavash. To do this, first grease a sheet of pita bread with cooked tomato sauce with garlic (do not grease the edges of pita bread with sauce).
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Arrange the tomatoes, salami and meat in no particular order.
- Roll the lavash with the filling.
- Bake pizza from pita bread in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- After that, cut the pizza roll (lavash roll) into 2 pieces and serve.
